Put out to Pasture

I have been sorely neglecting the cross stitch pony as of late, and I should really get back to work on him soon, so that he does not think he has been put out to pasture.

cross stitch Pony in progress

No, he doesn’t look very much like a pony so far. Maybe slightly, though.

I had one of those weird moments the other day where knitting, the Internet, and work all connected with each other… and no, canknitian, I don’t mean on the bus with you. I mean I had another weird moment. Because my life is just full of weirdness. It was fun “meeting” you again, Oceanandsand! Okay, that’s enough being cryptic.

I am spending this weekend in Halifax with my parents. Therefore, my goals this weekend are to buy books and yarn, and to get other people to buy me books and yarn. Good plan, no?

Whoa there Nelly. I used my Magic Eye skills (rusty, as that fad is SO over), and can see the pony!

And – let me know if you would like the sari silk to add to your stash enhancement…
    hope your weekend was fruitful!
