Look! Half of a Lumpy Dishcloth!
After seeing pics of Ria’s knitted facecloths, I was inspired and started knitting a dishcloth last night. (Note that in this case, “inspired” = “sick of doing the backstitching on my cross stitch project.”)

It’s the slip stitch dishcloth pattern featured on the ball band of Peaches & Crème yarn and in Ann and Kay’s book. The pattern can also be found various places online, including on the Canadian Living magazine site. Next time I knit one of these, I should probably go down a needle size so it won’t be so loose and lumpy. There wasn’t really any point in swatching, though, because hello, dishcloth. It should also shrink a bit with use, or at least I hope it will.
